Concept and design of an initiative to change the world for the better through simple actions performed in public places. To disseminate these actions on an even larger scale and encourage more people to spread their messages, four light projection events were held in Karlsruhe, Germany and an interactive online platform was created: www.smallactions-bigchanges.org
